Technology Custom fields in Microsoft Word Chart

Hey everyone. We use a microsoft word format chart for rounding in our inpatient unit. I'm curious if anyone has ever tried to create a graphic in microsoft word that would allow you to show the shorthand for BMPs and blood counts. It would make our medicine rounding lists so much easier to read. I'm assuming most of the residents know what I'm talking about.
