Hello,
I was recently diagnosed with collapsed arches (by a friend who's an athletic trainer), and was told I need to get a pair of custom orthotics. I can't afford a visit to a podiatrist's office so I have to order my orthotics online.

Does anyone have any advice on things to look for and/or avoid when shopping online for mail-in custom orthotics?

In case it's pertinent....I play professional volleyball so I would be using them for a lot of hard-surface jumping. I also snowboard competitively and would need my orthotics to be able to be used in that capacity as well.

Thank you very much in advance.

SDN is not a place for any type of medical advice. Closing...
