Do you put all abstract presentations on your CV even if you are not listed as first author?

My lab has 3 people working on similar projects and we have all helped each other out. Sometimes we will use a specific part of each other's work in our posters for completeness. Should I list abstract/ poster presentations where I am not first author?

Yes, on my CV I just bold my name so it's easily seen even if it's not first author

For all the professional academic CVs I've seen there is no section for work experience or volunteer experience....

When I was applying to residency my CV had all types of sections including research positions I've held and work experience as well as volunteer positions. Is it no longer appropriate for me to include any of that ??

Does anyone have a website for a sample CV or a model they can send me. My program does have a format they recommend but I would love to compare.

I am also wondering about this question as I am currently updating and re-formatting my CV. I have included a section entitled "International Work," but I am unsure about including the rest of my volunteer and work experience.
