On my CV, how do I cite a poster that I helped do the research for, and that was presented at an international conference, but I wasn't the one who made or presented the poster? I don't want to mislead the person into thinking that I presented at an international conference. Hope this makes sense. Thanks!

How many peoples name were involved? Stick your name at the end of all the other names. I think its generally accepted that the first name, at most the second name, is the one who presented the publication. If anybody asks you about it, just be truthful.
