that's actually not bad at all...Walgreens on the other hand tho....

No raise for me, redlined 🙁

FT got cut to 32 hours for Kroger here in AZ so enjoy your bonuses and raises!

Is this going to be a national thing in the near future? The pharmacy hours got cut for the Kroger near me a few months ago, but when I spoke to one of the pharmacists last month he said that he and his partner are still 40-hour full timers.

New floater here. So how are the raises divided up. What should I expect as a raise next year IF i can get a meets expectation?

Seems to be 2% across the board the past couple years. Bonus varies based on scores.

so walgreens gives no raises and no bonus? well, at least i'm not unemployed i guess

In my area , cap for staff rph is $70/hour.

Don't new grads start in low to mid $60s per hour there? Assuming 2% raise each year, they reach the cap after just 5 years?

The cap goes up every year. I was red lined once and it has happened again. Didn't get my review this year

Nope, they start us at the highest level, in order to retain people. The downside is that you can’t get a raise unless you become a manager.

If you haven’t had your review yet its up on MyHR paycheck. I bonused/lump sum 14.6k all together. Don’t know how much of a raise I got since it seems like i’m redlined. My review is in a couple days so we’ll see.

Jesus!

I'm sitting here thrilled with my 2% and $3000 (prorated, started at this location in May).

You could damn near max out your 401k.
This is my first real bonus as a PIC for a whole year (graduated 2015) so i’m thrilled. It’s all about scripts and PCQ. Everything else is chump change for bonus. I’m at a high volume store. You beat scripts by 10% and hit over 90 on PCQ both halfs thats where the money is at. I know someone who got 17.7k in my distict. His store does more than mine on scripts. The max bonus at cvs I believe is around 20k.

Another quick q. Does the hourly rate change when one goes from floater to staff pharmacist? Or does the rate remain the same.

I guess it would depend on each situation. If you’re good and know the metrics and they want a solid staff at a store i’d try to get $1/hr or so for the switch.

I'm a 2017 grad though

High volume store def gets more along with beating PCQ targets. Low-mid volume we beat budget and hit targets on other categories and you still don't really get much.

My store is creeping closer and closer to high volume. 5 years ago they did 1800 a week. Two year ago it was 2500 a week. Last year 2700 a week. This year 3200 a week. I'm pretty impressed with how its grown.

2% raise isn't an actual raise, it is merely keeping help with inflation. You are making the same you did last year.
actually it's losing money. you are being paid less. REAL inflation based on INDEPENDENT consumer index has an average inflation rate of 3%

2017 grad here. $300 bonus 🙁 can anyone explain how it calculated?

I am 2016 grad, and my first bonus (as pharmacist) in March of 2017 was around $700. They told me it's because I haven't been at my (current) store, nor worked as pharmacist, for all of last year, so bonus was smaller than it would be. This year, mine came out to around $2,300.

@WVUPharm2007 I've logged into MySuccess and it literally shows me nothing about bonus or review, do I need to go somewhere specifically?

And if my PIC can see in MySucess what the salary range for is in my area can I just ask him to show it to me so I can see what I'm being paid compared to others?

EE rating; 3% raise; $5000 bonus. Staff RPh. This year will be tough.

The store PIC has to go in and look it up. They are supposed to print it off when they give you your review. And I suppose you could ask them what the range is.

this is not a good thing

I've been working for less than a year as a floater and became staff starting 2018 and got $400 🙁. My base pay has appeared to remain the same (low 60s). I haven't officially had my review yet but is there any justification to receiving/asking for a raise? I'm more bummed out about the raise than the bonus.

Your hourly pay is in the lows $60? Is this California? People who graduated 2013 and earlier are just breaking lows $60/hr, east coast metro area. The bonus you got is linked to the home store you were assigned to. Even though you don't officially work there, their performance determines your bonus. If you were made staff at a high volume store, then should've been negotiated before the placement. If a so-so store, then be happy that you got steady hours.

Exceeds Expectations (EE) rating, zero $ raise, $2,280 lump sum award which after divided by 52 weeks and 40 hours would equal to a pathetic 1.5% hourly increase of my current pay....Bonus for this year is just over $10k.
