I recently enrolled in CVS 5% paycheck contribution match last month and just have a question when does the company distribute the match? Around what time or month of the year?

Sorry for misinformation. This is from the match FAQ:

When is the Company matching contribution deposited into my Plan account?

A: All matching contributions, based on the eligible contributions you made to the Plan for each payroll period during that quarter, will be deposited as soon as possible in the following quarter. Company matching contributions will be made in cash and invested according to your investment elections in effect for your Future Fund account at the time of deposit.
