CVS background check

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
No, I don't think so. I think they will hire anyone. They especially like dishonest people who put through controlled substance prescriptions without looking at dates. They also like people who are as fast as possible with as many prescriptions as possible even if you make misfills.

foreclosure was due to a major health issue of a family member - i dont think that puts me in the category of a bad/dishonest pharmacist - which unfortunately doesnt show up on abackground check like my foreclosure will

Normally background checks are done after you are hired, and only something illegal or not disclosed on your job application would cause the job offer to be withdrawn--a foreclosure would not fit in this category. Now a credit check is different, that is usually done before a job offer is made, and poor credit is something employers consider along with everything else. If you feel the foreclosure is something that might be keeping you from getting job offers, then you might want to find a way to work it into the interview (assuming that the employer is going to do a credit check on you, I think they have to ask your permission, at least I've always been asked to give permission when applying for jobs, so it won't be a surprise if they do run a credit check.)

Probably my favorite poster on this forum. Cynical, beaten down, no nonsense, truth. 😀
