when i was a floater i got $600. when i became a staff pharmacist at this 24hr store i got $300. more script volume, more hardwork, yet a lot less appreciation. i hope to return to floating someday.

I just checked. It has been posted. Got 3690 before taxes,2346 after tax. Staff pharmacy at level 5 store. We beat budget by more than 10 percent.we met mce.

that is one sweet bonus at cvs. the 215 is before taxes for where I work. I used my bonus to buy my friends a round of korean bbq and the bonus money was gone.

Depends on where; in CA, I have buddies who got offers for low/mid 60s in Bay Area and LA, and higher 60s for less-desirable areas (though this is subjective).

People working for other chains are "SMH" at these bonuses for busting your ass at CVS. My staff gets more bonus (~5K) than some of these CVS RXM bonuses and it doesn't even require script volume increases.
