Went on glassdoor and was shocked to see that cvs had a huge employee rating increase. Their rating was upgraded to average recently . That didn't seem right to me, so I decided to check out the employee reviews. I noticed that the majority of the positive reviews had the same writing style and pretty much the same content. I think they are all fake. It is really pathetic when a company has to resort to this. They probably have an intern in HR making fake reviews all day.

You know what you must do right? Post the link here so we can "balance" out the positive reviews.

Well a lot of companies fake their employee reviews. Pathetic yes, but it is done. I dunno why they would bother to? Its a known fact that working there sucks.
A few "great" reviews doesn't change a myriad of horrible ones. Glassdoor's reviews are pretty useful when deciding to take a job offer. There are two companies, won't say names, who have mostly horrible reviews. I interviewed for both and decided not to take the offers based on the reviews. Despite a few glowing ones, the negative ones kept saying the same things. One of these companies recently went belly up. I wonder why🙄
Pharm grads: Read the damn reviews of prospective employers. Not everybody is a whiner and lazy. Some people are trying to warn you. Pay attention.😎

"I enjoy helping people on their path to better health. I feel very valued by my immediate supervisor. It is an honor to work for a company named one of the top 100 places in Southwest Ohio to work for high school dropouts with low IQ."

You can't be serious lol. Looks like the Public Relations department is working overtime. Who do they think there are fooling? Hehehe🤣

Yeah I remember seeing this several years ago too. They said things like "Great company to work for that gives you adequate help, always allows time for lunch breaks and has great opportunities for advancement. Management is realistic about challenges and is always supportive of your ideas - Pharmacy technician/hourly". Like pretty much the exact opposite of reality at CVS. It's like they took all the negative things about CVS, completely countered them and thought no one would call BS.

You know it's fake when the reviews consistently have phrases such as "pharmacy team leader" and "path to better health"

Shhh you're going to give them tips on how to dumb down their responses so that they aren't so obvious.
