CVS filled date vs sold date

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
How do i see the date an RX was SOLD? I can only seem to see when it was FILLED.

I will tell you the fastest and easiest way.

Step 1. Go to work. Make sure you put on your white coat and have your name tag.
Step 2. Go find a coworker. If you can't decide which one to approach. Just go with the most experienced. Doesn't matter if tech, interns, or pharmacist. Preferably the one that's not on a bad mood or helping a customer.
Step 3. Open the conversation with "How you doing today?". You get extra experience points if you mention their name.
Step 4. Ask them your question and have them show you how to do it.
Step 5. Write down all the steps on a piece of notepad then actually perform the search yourself.

I've asked the techs. They don't know. I don't work overlap very often, so I never get a chance to ask other pharmacists.

I just end up using the state monitoring system, but that is super slow.

1. Go to patient profile
2. (V)iew

Should show date filled and date sold on the right side

If it was recent just go to (S)tatus from patient profile. How much training did you get? You can also call different CVS stores if you have these types of questions.

If u fill it too soon based off the sold date the system will block you and you have to do an over ride to process it.

I didn't get any training other than the online modules. My first shift had 1 hour of overlap and that was all.

I wonder why you did not get any training. Ask about shadowing a rph for free if your district leader is too cheap to pay for training. Or if there is a split shift come in extra early or stay extra late without pay to get more experience and have another rph to talk to.
