I got an email from a friend in a far away district that said their front end store support hours were being cut. A new formula supposedly a corporate directive. Stores where the front end does less than 35K per week now have 2 times the store hours plus 8 hours for putting the order away. Example: front store open 80 hours per week , so 80 x 2= 160 plus 8 hours to put the truck away = 168 hours total. This includes the front store managers (45 hours salaried)hours also. Anyone have figures from their front store? I am starting to think that there are many differences between areas/regions/districts. Any response appreciated.
