Has anyone taken this? DL sent link to this to be completed by 2/15. Just glancing thru the questions and looks like CVS will get rid of some benefits starting 2020. Survey may be to just prepare us for what's coming and if any decent from employees then blame it on survey responses.

These idiots are going to get rid of our HSA due to no longer having a high deductible plan and give up a percentage of 401k match for an extra day off to volunteer.

I preemptively hate you all.
ERISA issues for highly compensated employees and Obamacare interactions start next year, plenty of businesses will offer less for more money.

I wouldn't be surprised. The average employee thinks the health insurance sucks due to the high deductible. When I mention the low premium and tax benefits of investing in the HSA, it's like speaking a foreign language to them. The ones that do know what an HSA is are scared of the stock market cause "it's crashing". Yeah, if you have a HDHP and don't take advantage of the HSA then it sucks.

What’s this about a reduction in 401k match?

The survey asks you to rate the potential changes to the benefits package. They ask a lot of "would you rather A and B...or D and C"

And the possibilities are things like higher base pay, more vacation days, lower 401k match, more company recognition, lower 401k match, lower deductible on the health plan, a free paid day off to volunteer in the community, etc, etc.

Just a way to get rid of the older pharmacists = more expensive.

Would you rather double your base pay or have an extra week of vacation... hmm let me think about that one lol

The employee discount isn't a benefit anyway.

Agreed. The part I loved the best was how it didn’t apply to anything on “sale”. Didn’t even give you the better of the sale price vs employee discount. What a joke.
