I had an interview with CVS for an internship last Tuesday and haven't heard back. Today is day 7. What's your experience? How long did they take to get back?

I was an existing employee (technician) and never even did an interview upon my initial hire. They had me do a 5 minute phone interview to switch to an intern and told me I was hired/promoted at the end of the phone interview.

With whom? Pharmacist? Pharmacy Supervisor? Intern coordinator?

The way CVS is organized the pharmacy manager probably has to pass all the info on to the intern coordinator and then the intern coordinator passes it on to the DM who either approves or denies the job offer... at least that's my understanding. You could always just give them a call and just say you were interested in checking the status of your application.

Thanks! i did eventually end up calling the person who interviewed me. She said HR should get in touch with me soon. So waiting for them

That happened to me too. Took 2.5 weeks for my offer letter. Sometimes the actual hiring process through HR etc. can take a while .
