Just looked at new myTime for 2020 which includes sick time, vacation and personal time off. Seems like they have increased vacation hours for years of service.

Years of ServiceDaysHours
0-2Up to 16Up to 128
3-9Up to 21Up to 168
10-19Up to 26Up to 208
20+Up to 29Up to 232

myTime is accrued based on your scheduled work week hours and years of service The following assumes a 40-hour work week (accruals are prorated if you work 30-39 hours per week): Annual myTime allotment

• myTime allows for flexible use: borrow against future accruals in the year or carry over up to 40 hours to the next year (may vary based on state or local rules) • Upon leaving CVS Health, any accrued, unused myTime is paid out at 100%

Where are you seeing this?

I found it. This is not for store employees. It says it is for “CVS health colleagues who neither work in stores nor are hourly-paid and work in distribution centers.” Our guide for store employees says “your current holidays, vacation, and sick time will not change”

I knew it was too good to be true from CVS..!!

128 hours vacation for a new grad?? No way.

Even if that policy applies to everyone, it wouldn’t actually be realized by the company since they’ll simply lay off new grads every 5-9 years and replace them with cheaper, hungrier, more desperate new grads. Good luck trying to survive in a company for 20+ years in this day and age. It’s a win-win for the company.

don't tease me with 4 weeks vacation then snatch that **** away.

I started working at CVS 4/1/19 and I only received 14 hours of vacation time. Do you know how many hours we suppose to get each year?

You are in year 0. Next year is year 1. You'll get 2 weeks. 4th year you get bumped up to 3 weeks. 14th year, 4 weeks.

I think that's right, anyway.

First calendar year after your 5 year anniversary: 3 weejk
First calendar year after your 15 year anniversary 4 weeks
First Calendar year after your 25 year anniversary 5 weeks

Man....I started at 2 weeks then got bumped to 3 weeks at 1 year. After 5 years it goes to 4 weeks, but that's the max.

Does anyone know on workbrain if it’s under ILH (personal illness hourly) is that considered paid or unpaid? Do they take it off myTime hours?
