CVS OV Order Review

Okay quick question about the OV Order that goes in at 7:25 PM ET. Why is it that whenever I put something in QI, the Balance on order says zero for a particular drug and does not come in. I manually log on to cardinal before I put something in QI and look for the green icon and always make sure the cycle counts and BOH are up to date (so there's no discrepancy). Has anybody else had this issue? Seems like it happening every other day now.

I believe it will say zero for BOO, change to OPD (*order pending delivery) then BOO will update after the cut off time (confusing if you are looking @ this right before the order time window) - not @ work right now, terms might be slightly off
