Hello, I am new tech trainee at cvs pharmacy. When we pull out patients profile from Rx connect and want to pull a particular prescription for that patients. what function do we need to do?

Good luck with the training. Just wondering but has anyone experienced "training" that isn't just throwing you into the deep end of the pool and seeing if you will float?

Search by patient and then select the prescription from list of meds. I would recommend asking to clarify as steps could depend on the function you are trying to perform.
