Our phone line 7 in the pharmacy has been lit up all day today. We don't have any phones off the hook. Does it mean LP is watching/listening to us. I'm not doing anything wrong. It just feels creepy.

lolololz, seriously? we're freaking out over here and trying to go over the top with customer service like on the videos they make us watch!

You think some LP dude is going to be sitting there listening to you for hours...on a Sunday...during the NFL playoffs?

No.

if they want to listen n see if you're doing the right thing, the district sup will come to the pharmacy, stand with his arms fold, for several hours, standing there watching u. And will yell at u for any wrong thing. they do this in our region.

Call the help desk. They will reboot the phone system. Problem solved. If they wanted to listen in on your conversations, they would not have a bright red light indicating that's what they were doing.

Called the Helpless desk, sat on hold for 34 minutes until someone picked up (man, they must have really cut their hours lolz). The poor guy that helped me couldn't figure it out either. When I got off the phone with him, I decided to just plug in a phone at one of the workstations that needed a phone cord replaced on it to see if anything changed. I plugged it back in and no change. So I got the bad phone cord with receiver and plugged it into the phone. Walaaah! The red light went out. So now I know that you have to have all phones hooked up and all phone cords with receiver plugged in, even if they are not functioning, to prevent one of the lines from staying red all day. Who knew..
