Can anyone explain how this actually works? Some mornings there will be an almost an hour window where data entry review is empty (no PCQ/QR/inventory either). By late afternoon when techs are leaving or taking lunch breaks it fills up so fast its nearly impossible to keep up with.
There was one day a technician had entered a new prescription (for a family member of mine) with a promise time of 1 week away, but by 2 pm, it was already showing past due in QV1 ahead of all the other prescriptions promised that day.
I first called the help(less) desk- the representative I spoke with had no idea what ReadyFill Smoothing was and kept insisting all the Readyfill prescriptions drop at midnight all at one time for stores.
Asked my supervisor next who said that they drop at 3 separate times throughout the day, but that those times vary, and if the last set of ReadyFill isn't verified, everything the day before drops the following morning?
