So... there was a manager conference call in my district today about changes in bonus structure and salary caps. I was distracted so only got bits and pieces but from what I gathered changes includes:
- No more stock option - will be replaced by some other form of compensation (who knows what)
- New salary cap for staff and pic - something about if you're at the top/near the top of cap you probably won't be seeing a merit increase
- Change in pay scale - probably affects new hire and how much they will be offered
