For cvs pharmacists, it is mandatory that both rphs are present during Sos visit? What if it is your day off, and you already have plans. Would you get in trouble for not coming on your day off ?

Yeah, as a staff RPh I was always asked to be present as well. Not forced to be there, but definitely expected.

Sup comes in to talk to PIC or Staff and DM comes in to talk with store manager. They go over the MSH formerly known as SOS and give you areas of opportunities to work on and give you praise on what you're doing well on.
