I see jobs posted on CVS it says to work from home as "Pharmacy SupvFld Mgmt". Is this just a regular PDM position?

It is a regular PDM position... most of the positions are spoken for already. It is there because they are required to open a job req. to give other people to apply before hiring their candidate.

Exactly right. Can't promote somebody without posting it first if you receive money from federal government.
