For all the Rphs currently working at target, were you a target Rph before the conversion and decided to stay or were you a CVS and transferred to Target. For the latter, how did you go about doing it, seems like if I were to do something like this it reflects badly to the RXsup?
I know Target CVSs are having it easy right now due to the recent conversion and will eventually end up like a regular cvs in terms of metrics and volumes. I don't mind the hard work as I've been with the company for a while, but I still enjoy the fact that it is a pharmacy inside of a big market and I won't have to relearn a system. How does one even go about finding the DM contact info for target without revealing one's intention to the cvs sup? (I guess I could just walk into a converted target and ask the pharmacist working there, but that seems odd and in a way, creepy.)
