I'm currently working as a pharm tech and just got accepted into pharmacy school. Does anyone know what's the transition from tech to pharmacist intern works?

The process varies from state to state. Check out the board of pharmacy website for your state.

I'm going to go to school in Philadelphia but plan to work at CVS during the summer in TX. Would I have to apply for intern license in PA and in TX?

If you want to work as an intern in TX, yes.

You can have your license in one state and your hours can cross over form another, as long as you make sure the state where you are licensed will approve the hours from a different state-just call and ask.
