If I work at a different CVS store than my "home" store, will those hours come out of my home store, or the store I picked up a shift at? Basically my store is over hours this week but a friend at a different CVS wanted me to pick up a shift for him. I'm not sure if those hours will come out of my store or his?

Comes out of the other store, but if it's overtime the differential comes out of your store.

And always let your pharmacy and store manager know to avoid being paid late. The store manager has to bill the other store you are working at and giving him advance notice helps him to make sure you are paid properly.
