SSS/myCustomer experience really REALLY isn't that hard of a metric to get. Just run the store the way you would run it if it was your own private pharmacy.
Address people by name when you can, acknowledge immediately "hi, we'll be right with you!" And just generally be nice. I've been in 6+ stores and I've seen a giant trend. The stores that have abysmal myCE scores are the ones who think of work as a chore. The ones who like counseling, being nice, and have a good environment always seem to have a score of 80 or higher at the end of the year.
As for DM's/Sup's, as long as you have a great Wecare score, no one can say anything to you. WeCare supposedly drives the myCustomer experience. So if you have a low wecare, middle management will say that is the reason why you have a low MYCE score. It's a "tactical measure." Now, if you get like an 80 on WeCare but have a 50 for myce, no one can say anything to you. At that point, the reason why you're getting rated low is out of your control. Long lines? Maybe it's the schedule, maybe it's because there's a homeless guy in the front, maybe you just have creepy guys who hate your staff and give you bad ratings.
But again, and I know everyone is going to attack me and say that I'm brainwashed- I've been in MANY stores, and the ones who have a 65+ in WeCare almost ALWAYS have a myce score above 80.
