Help someone! I'm scheduled for a performance review and I don't know what to expect. I've only been working for a few months for CVS so I don't even know how they will evaluate me since I am a floater.

Is there something on RX net that allows me to see my personal score on my performance?
Also, will the sup ask about what tasks that needs to be completed on a daily basis, such as day 6/14?
Can someone kindly inform me of what tasks need to be done in the pharmacy?
When do strongpaks need to be done and so forth.

I just float and don't know really what goes on. The techs just do what they have been doing daily. Help please?

You're a floater. Don't expect much of a raise or a bonus. You have zero responsibility when it comes to Wecare, Inventory excellence, community responsibility, mycustomer, genuine care and the rest of the Mystore health card.

BTW strongpak is once a week. If you really want to impress your Sup let them know cycle counts must be done by 555pm

They probably just ask the pharmacists at the stores you went to how you did. If you leave their store a mess they probably aren't going to say good things about you.

You can see your rating under mysucess in radar if your sup and hr have approved it, staring april 1st you should be able to see your rate and rating on the job data on the myhr website.

I doubt they'll do that. They don't even do the staff pharmacist review anymore. Every floater will probably get a ME and a 1% raise. The floaters known to burn a store down but they keep those floaters so stores stay open might get a NI.

OP you are new so you'll probably get a ME and a 1% raise.

When I was a cvs floater I was assigned a home store (which was the store closest to my home). The bonus was based off that store's metrics.
