So you only get it if you eat feces with the eggs, and not if you ingest undercooked pork w/ larvae. My question is why? Since the larvae becomes an adult, and then spits out eggs anyway, why doesn't this cause cysticercosis? does it have something to do with the location the adult tape worm spits out eggs??

Eggs require different intermediate host. Humans infected with larvae=definitive host , humans infected with eggs=intermediate host. Intermediate hosts get cysticercosis.

Yes i'm saying why dont we get infected with eggs when the larvae spits out their eggs?

The eggs layed by mature T.solium do not hatch in the intestines. The ova first has to be digested in the stomach and release oncospheres, which then grow into cysticerci and cause problems.

Eggs requires stomach acid to hatch.
Although your scenario is very much possible when there is retrograde movement of eggs from the intestine into stomach.
