Cytokinesis confusion

So I'm getting bias about when cytokinesis occurs - late anaphase or telophase. Can anyone let me know what I should be sticking to? I've always learned that it occurs during late anaphase, but Cliffs AP says telophase.

Kind of varies by species. For humans just go with late anaphase. It doesn't really matter, the DAT is unlikely to split hairs on grey areas like this.
