Hey all,

I received a D in a course Freshman year (not going to get into the story, still kicking myself). I retook the course and received an A the second time around, which cancelled out my D so it wasn't factored into my college GPA. However, I read somewhere on here that AADSAS factors in the D into their calculated GPA? Is this true? If so, would they also include the A? Very confused, any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

It took me 5 seconds to google it and find it, i suggest you do the same with these type of questions ( basic).

Q: I repeated a course as an undergraduate. My undergraduate institution only counts the second grade earned in my GPA. Why are both grades counted in my ADEA AADSAS GPA?
A: As a standard business rule, when applicants repeat courses, ADEA AADSAS calculates the grades earned in both the original and the repeated course, even if the institution does not. This provides a consistent way of evaluating all applicants from all colleges and universities.
