D in Org III - retake?

Organic Reaction Mechanisms

i would assume this course name is equal to Org III in american schools?

I know org I and II are pre-reqs but what about org III? Would it matter to adcom if they did not list it on their application as a prereq? I really do not want to have to retake it although I am sure that I will do good on it.

well, we learned organic reaction mechanisms in both orgo I and II at my school...they are very demanding courses at that level. We have no such thing as orgo III

Maybe the OP is in trimesters? So he has orgo I, II, and III.

Anyway OP, call schools. Most list a required amount of orgo on their website. So if organic I and II give you xx amount of semester hours, then III might not be needed.

I know my school has Advanced Organic? Haha..dunno if that helps any.
