answer 1
temporalis and lateral pterygoid keeps condyle of the mandible in most superior n posterior postion

answer 2
mesial fossa of upper 5

answer3
distoocclusal slope >mesioocclusal slope

answer 4
capsular ligament

answer 6
i think it shd be distofacial 😕

answer7

pyoderma

for q#7 the answer is not pyoderma,as pyoderma is caused by beta hemolytic groupA streptococci pyogenes as given in microbiology section of kaplan
the answer is septicemia as given in decks
correct me if wrong

it is in combination with staph aureus and beta hemolytic strep . it is also called impetigo or pyoderma. i think it is also given in old papers somwhere too .
correct me if i am wrong

i think its pyoderma becos they have asked what it frequently causes...frequently staph aureus causes skin infections..pyoderma is pyogenic infection of the skin..i read some literature on it over the internet and it stated both staph aureus and strep pyogenes cause pyoderma.
It also causes septicemia but that occurs not so frequently.
