Perhaps - but daily CBCT does have substantial downsides. In addition to exposure, that's increasing fraction time and treatment cost. I just saw a pelvic patient for whom the satellite "forgot" to pre-certify either technical or professional part of daily IGRT and she is fighting the bill.
