Damage of pemanent tooth bud during extraction of deciduous

During extraction of upper E the crown of the devolping permanent tooth bud was displaced and was mobile within the socket but did not fall out. What will happen to the permanent tooth? Forceps for pediatric extraction was used. The pemanent tooth was only a crown and was displaced. The root had not formed yet. Will the tooth bud fall out?
