Send them an interview invitation for the Zeke Memorial School of Spurned and Neglected Pre-meds😉. You can form your own committee to which you can argue the merits and qualifications of the adcom committee to judge your med school worthiness. I'd be happy to sit on the panel as the ruthless, unforgiving, hardline Professor of Unrequited Desire.
Try not to let it get you down! If they call you up for an interview you don't want to show up bitter or anxious. They'll come around...
