Dartmouth vs Rochester?

I need to decide between these two schools...Anybody have any opinions?

(I did my undergrad at Rochester)

Wish I were in your shoes.
Without knowing much about Dartmouth, I'd say go to Rochester. Their curriculum sounds like it includes a lot more about the psychology of medicine and disease than most; since med school and residency are reputed to be such dehumanizing experiences, it seems especially important to be taught how to relate to patients. Also, one of the doctors I work with went to Rochester and she said that their clerkships and residencies are far more reasonable than most schools' (you can check the hours for the residencies on the web site). It's generally easier to get a residency at a school if you graduated from there. She loved Rochester and told me that she and her classmates seemed much happier and healthier than their peers at other schools. Congratulations!
