Materials used:
- DAT BOOTCAMP 10/10
- DAT DESTROYER 2016 & 2017 10/10
- MATH DESTROYER 2016 9/10
- FERALIS COMPLETE BIO NOTES 10/10
- KAPLAN GRE MATH WORKBOOK 8/10
- DAT QVAULT BIO/READING 10/10
- KAPLAN 2017-2018 BLUE BOOK (didn't really use much)
- CLIFFS AP BIOLOGY 3RD
Sparknotes before test day:
- Studied for 6 weeks 8 hours a day, no breaks
- DAT Destroyer is the GOAT. Did it probably 3x and recommend doing it more lol. Honestly had 3 questions verbatim from destroyer. Not an overkill at all.
- DAT BOOTCAMP is the best source out there. It is a must. PAT Generators are amazing, best representative of the actual DAT for every section.
- DAT QVAULT is a hidden gem not mentioned that much recently. There BIO and READING were great. READING was easier the BOOTCAMP but more realistic of how the actual test was.
Sparknotes on test day:
- BIO was straightforward. Feralis' Notes were AMAZING is really all you need. Some random facts but Destroyer has everything.
- GC was more conceptual that calculations but there is multiple DAT exams so be prepared.
- OC was surprising a little bit challenging, few reactions/concepts that I did not remember seeing in BOOTCAMP or Destroyer.
- PAT was a little disappointing. Honestly was just nervous. Much easier than bootcamp other than Keyhole and Pattern Folding. Those were funky.
- READING really just used search and destroyer. Worked fine but Questions were NOT in order.
- QR had a lot of QC questions. GEOMETRY and TRIG is STILL on the test. Had 5-6 questions alone that were in MATH Destroyer.
Overall: Happy with my scores and glad the journey is over. Couldn't have done it without these resources and SDN.
