Finally got the beast done and it feels great to finally relax. I didnt get the 29s that every other poster seems to get, but I am satisfied.

Overall, I thought the real DAT was easier than the practice tests i took...it's really not that bad. To study, I went through the Kaplan Blue book front to back, then started taking practice tests on Wednesday and Friday mornings. I would then go through the tests and study any questions I got wrong. I only used Kaplan, Barrons for PAT, and my textbooks in Gen Chem, O chem, and Bio. I bought the Schaum's Bio, Gchem, and O chem, but never looked at it.

BIO: This section was very random and general. i wish I hadn't studied things in such detail. I spent probobly 4-5 hours memorizing things from respiration and photosynthesis and I got one very easy question on both of them. I had one pretty easy classification questions, and easy evolution, one about angiosperms/gymnosperms....I didnt think it was too bad.
GCH: A little harder than I thought it was going to be I'm used to figuring out the value for an answer and their written out working of the problem kind of screwed me up. I would say that it is comparable to Top score without the very difficult calculation problems. Grading is also easier than Practice tests.
OCH: Similar to Top score. I had one easy question about amino acids, carbohydrates, separation, and IR +NMR. Didnt think it was too bad, but there were a couple synthesis problems that screwed me up a little.
RC: Very similar to the practice tests. There were more questions that asked what is the mood or if there was one more sentence at the end what would it be. But they were pretty easy. My topics were comets (easy) Brain imaging (middle) and neuroreceptors (hard)
QR: I knew I was going to do worst on this section. I really hope my 17 doesnt affect my chances, but I have a 3.99 GPA, lots of extra-cirricular stuff, and pretty solid DAT scores on all, but this section. SO, hopefully they don't think I will be a terrible dentist because I cant do trig or rate problems....at least I tell myself that to make me feel better
The section was very similar to practice tests. Lots of the questions I had seen before. While taking it, i thought I was going to get a 15, so I was strangely happy with a 17.
SO, to summarize, don't worry too much about it, if you've taken enough practice tests, the real thing will feel like just another day. It feels great to be done. I would have posted yesterday but I had a hangover from hell
If anyone has any questions...feel free to ask.
