I was contemplating taking the DAT a third time.....do you think that will be ok if I take it in late January? I don't think it can hurt but then again will it hurt since it will be my third time?
Depends on how u did on the first 2....if u didnt crack the 15 mark on either tries, then it might be time to try something different...but if youre hovering at 18s and want 20s instead because u want to apply to a certain school...i guess u can do it..
Heres the deal.....I got a 16 AA and 15 PA but a 17 science average the first time and then 15AA and 16PA the second time..........i don't know what I'm doing wrong but a dentist is going to tutor me so that I can improve my scores the third time.....any kind of pointers that may help? I have taken Kaplan and am going to take it again......I bought a Barrons book (this will be the first time using Barrons) I have taken practice exams and studied for this.....i don't get it and am really frustrated but will not give up......anything helpful as far as other materials would be great or someone i could meet up with would be even better.....PLEASE HELP! Thanks guys
you'll need to take it again. Honestly, if you understand how to do chem and memorize the Kaplan book for Bio you should get higher scores than these. Study more for it. The Kaplan book is the best. how much did u study? And what are your grades like. There has got to be something wrong with the way you study because the DATS are not supposed to be too difficult unless you are not a science student.
