can someone explain to me why the answer is B and not A? I thought the most stable radical forms so the Br can attach at the tertiary position.

Also I made Bio 18/ GC 16 🙁/ OC 18 on the first acheiver I took today. Is a 16 on achiever bad news? I know it's harder but by how much? I really want 20s in all sections.
