Hey you guys,
So I really need some advice on the DAT. I am actually going to take it tomorrow for the first time but I don't feel prepared enough. I've rescheduled this a few times but with my classes and work I was not able to put in as much time studying as I wanted to. I want to apply early (June 2014) and I am definitely planning on taking it again in February or March. You guys think that's a good idea? I took a Kaplan course and did not really gain anything out of it. The online workshops and quizzes that were provided to us seemed to be too easy. I bought the DAT Destroyer but could no go through the whole book. I did the best I could but I definitely know that I will put in more time studying for my second try. Can you guys give me any advice on what to study? What study material did you all use that really prepared you for the DAT? I would greatly appreciate any advice you can offer. Thank so much.

Chad's videos for General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry was by far the best investment I made! 🙂

Yeah I heard his videos are great so I'll definitely have to purchase those. Thanks for replying!

No problem! I had my test today, actually. I was freaking out this morning but I kept telling myself that I had done everything that I possibly could to prepare for the test. Know that your preparation will pay off. I really did not like studying for biology, and as soon as I started going through the questions, I thought I was going to have to retake the entire test because of that one section. Don't get discouraged! I made it through and got a 21 and I know that I had to make several educated guesses.
