I understand your concern but no timed test will predict with 100 percent accuracy your actual DAT score. I must admit that 15 in Bio is concerning. I always tell my students to weigh on the side of caution and if not feeling confident and fully prepared it is always best to reschedule.
I do not think you would be required to email the schools again. but emailing the school would allow communication in a professional way and “reminds” the school to keep the you on their radar. I’d say any communication to the school is good, as long as it’s professional and not over done.
