Hello how much impact does it make on your acceptance to dental school (any dental school) if your DAT is high but gpa is low?

High DAT- above a 22; will not go beyond that
And how low is "low" GPA? Your chance of getting in with a 3.2 22 AA is very different from a 2.5 22 AA.

No one on this site is here to put other people down. If you provide your stats, people can give honest answers to your chances and necessary steps to give you the best chance at getting an interview. If you don't provide your stats, there isn't much we can do.

Why come on here anonymously and ask a question about your chances without providing numbers? Your wasting your time. The answer to your question is idk. A 2.0 22AA and a 3.2 28AA is quite different. “Low GPA” is subjective. To some of us 3.5 is low.

Perhaps, OP has not yet taken the DAT and is just trying to get a "feel" for things. As others have stated, the values are important if you want feedback. Although, be aware that academics are typically not the only information adcoms take into account. From my experience, they take the entire application into consideration. Sometimes, people with low-ish academics that have excelled in their demonstration of volunteer work and personal skills are still given a fair chance.
