I'm confuse what I am suppose to do on this page. There's a list of all of the dental schools, at the top of the page it says... "Total Charge with 66 Copies (Unlimited free copies) : $430.00 (USD)"

That's where you choose the schools you're applying to. You only need to select one to finish the application and you can add more at any time.

Why am i charged $430 already? Are those the charges from selecting the schools i want to apply to?

Not sure. I think it's $244.00 for the initial fee and each school is an additional $90.00 if I'm not mistaken. So I'm assuming it's from the schools you selected.

That's how much the DAT costs.

You choose which schools to send your scores to. After you purchase the test you have to pay a fee to send the scores out to additional schools, so it's a good idea to just send every school your DAT score since there's no charge when you first purchase the test.

I have to pay first just to apply? What if my application gets rejected?

You have to pay the DAT test fee and take the exam since you send it with your AADSAS application. The scores are valid for 2 years. If 2 years pass, you need to purchase and take a new test.

If you are referring to the AADSAS application, then the money you spend on a cycle is gone regardless if you are accepted or not.
