Hello,

I just have a quick question about studying for biology on the DAT. I have right now bootcamp, qvault, and destroyer as well as using Ferralis and Cliffs in conjunction. I am getting a little overwhelmed by all of the sources, do I need to use all of these? Because I feel if I focussed on 1 or 2 I may have a better chance at retaining the information?

What are your thoughts?

Thank you!

Focus on cliffs and feralis to learn. Then move to destroyer and qvault.

Save boot camp for the end when you are 2 weeks before the exam. So you can take full practice DATs.

Bio is, by far, the most extensive subject so you will need to cover as much as you can but focus more on breadth than depth but I definitely know what you mean about information overload. I would focus on Cliff and Feralis up until the last two weeks and then breeze through Destroyer IMO and maybe BC.

I would feel overwhelmed too! Just look at ONE item at a time. For example, study the biology as best you can and then once you've gone through it, begin to apply it to 100 Bio questions in Destroyer. Then you'll notice what you get wrong or had to guess on and study that much harder in those specific sections so you'll never get those questions wrong again.

See my breakdown for guidance (sig). PM if you need additional advice.
