Can someone explain to me why the answer is B and not C? I thought that the positive charge should go on the least electronegative atom (carbon) and the negative charge goes on most electronegative atom... Thanks! Sorry about the picture... I had to resize like ten times.
On B, the positive charge is on the NH2 and the negative charge is on the O
On C, the positive charge is on the carbon and negative charge is on the O

This is number 28 on the 2nd dat bootcamp Ochem test.

Ultimately, I believe its because B offers a full octet. More bonds = more stable.

E doesn't count
its not a resonance.
