First off anyone here can make a great score on the DAT! I have a below average GPA and had these scores and i know plenty of you guys are wayyyyy smater than i am.!
This may not be too good of a breakdown, but if anything is not clear or has questions feel free to ask
I'd like to thank Ari Rezaei and Dr. Romano for making the two best study resources for the DAT.
The study tools i used were, Cliffs AP Bio, Chads videos for gen chem and ochem, Crack dat for pat and math, DAT Destroyer, and MATH Destroyer, and DAT bootcamp for pat and practice exams
I studied for exactly 2 months and i studied every day for about 10 hours, I would alternate between the sciences every day, ex. monday bio, tuesday chem wednesday orgo and etc. and the last 2-3 hours of the day i would do either math or pat depending on whatever i felt weaker in at the time. one thing i do recommend is still taking the time to go to the gym, play basketball, or do whatever you enjoy doing, it will keep you sane haha.
I started off reading cliffs ap bio, and watching chads videos, then doing dat destroyer and went over it twice and went over gen chem 3 times. By far the best resource i used was dat destroyer, i learned so much with that resource. and DAT bootcamp had very good practice exams but were a bit harder than the actual test my bootcamp averages
