1. DESTROYER is key.
2. Other materials that were helpful, Cliff notes, Crack DAT PAT/Reading, Top Score.
3. Reading, Math and PAT I should have focused on a tad more, I was able to pull off subpar scores with little to no effort. So it just comes to show you if you put in a little work for those sections you'll be able to get decent scores.
4. Sciences..... These are the juicy sections. Bio, destroyer covered every topic you can think of. A bunch of the bio questions on the DAT definitely required some critical thinking and took some time to figure out, but remember that the answer is always in front of you, with this attitude you'll stay calm and focused.
Chem, listen up people!!!!!!! I knew chem very well in high school, college and during my DAT prep, but I got a version that was a hell of a curveball. I think I had 5-6 calculation questions and the rest were all conceptual questions, and not the type that were simple, like what type of bonding occurs between water molecules. They were worded very weirdly and I wasn't as prepared for this as much I should have been. I was getting perfect scores on all my GC practice tests, so I was going for nothing less than 25. Best way to prepare for the version that i had would be to understand every little word in GC section of the destroyer. It covers all the important concepts and in great depth. If you think that you can ignore a question are solution because it doesn't seem so important then your terribly wrong. Know every little thing in GC section and you'll be good to go.
Orgo, no need to elaborate on this section. Very simple and straightforward.
