Let me start off by saying that the materials I used were hard and mentally tough when studying as many people have said before me, but I feel like they have paid off in the end. I would use all the materials I have mentioned below with less emphasis on the Barron's book. The Barron's book is good for big picture concepts but nothing else. Stick with Chads, Destroyer and the Blue Book.

My scores were:

PAT: 22
TS: 24
AA: 24
GC: 22
BIO: 22
QR: 24
RC: 24
OC: 30

I used the following materials:

PAT:
Crack the DAT

GC: Chad's (Everything you need) and Destroyer

BIO: Chad's free videos and Destroyer

QR: Destroyer and Math Destroyer

RC: Didn't really study this, but I used the kaplan book.

OC: Destroyer and I had recently taken this class.

I am selling my DAT Destroyer, Math Destroyer, Kaplan blue book and Barron's book as a $150 bundle. All of the books are in great shape with no marks in the pages except for the Barron's book (didn't use this much). Let me know if you are interested. The DAT Destroyer books are $200 as is new so you basically get these books on discount plus two extras.

I would definitely recommend getting the PAT portion of Crack the DAT too.

Thanks a lot. I would definitely be willing to sell just my two destroyer books. I would probably like to get $13o out of them because of how meticulous I was with them while studying. I would assume that if you take care of the materials when you study that you could sell them for this same price after your test. I bought these books on 6/18/2014 for a total of $217.90 after shipping and handling.

Great question. I actually forgot to put these two sources down for the biology section. I first attempted the biology section (in 40 question segments to simulate the test) in my Destroyer book and after scoring myself I would read the chapters in the 3rd edition of Cliffs pertaining to the questions I missed. If I still didn't have a grasp on the concept I would go to Feralis.

Sorry it has been a while since I have been on here, but to answer your question I think Cliffs 3rd edition is enough to study for the biology section. I would definitely use destroyer too though.
