Hi everyone,

Attention DAT takers: The highlight feature is available all through reading comprehension, EVEN THROUGHOUT THE QUESTIONS, AND IT WILL not ERASE Your Highlights FROM ONE QUESTION TO ANOTHER. Let's celebrate for a little bit here :soexcited::soexcited:
Took DAT yesterday, and these are my scores

PAT:19
RC:18
QR:17
Bio: 22
Ochem: 24
GC: 20
TS: 22
AA: 20

I walked out of exam with scores that I wasn't sure how to feel about. I had 8 weeks of prep with all top notch materials that everybody use: Destroyer, Chad, and bootcamp. With all honesty, I spent about 50% of study time in the state of anxiety rather being 100% focused on my prep.

Biology: For biology, I memorized 60% of feralis notes and read through it the whole thing the day before my exam. During the exam, I knew about 50% of the material by heart, and used the right click elimination for the other 50%. Majority of questions where physiology and one dump plant question. I just wanna thank @FeralisExtremum. I wouldn't survive biology w/o ur notes. I did not have enough time to use the biology section of destroyer, so I cann't really reflect on similarity to the real DAT. All I can say is SHAME ON ME for not managing my time well to do destroyers bio questions :bang:. On BC, I only did the subject test after studying relevant sections, and my scores were around 85-100%.

GC: studied chad's notes and quizzes inside out, did the first 140 questions of Destroyer, first 3 exams of BC. Combination of both BC and Destroyer is necessary to do well on GC in my opinion. The GC section on my exam was hard and I did run out of time.

OC: Oh my beloved Organic Chemistry. I did the first a few chapters of OC oddessay and 290 questions of destroyer + majority of bootcamp subject tests. The real exam was a little bit tricky in my opinion. I don't know if I wasn't prepared enough or the questions had a little bit of spin to them. As much as I push my memory, I Cann't get anything specific out of it to mention here, but hey I got no IR or NMR graphs.

PAT: Angles, cube, and hole punch were easy. TFE and patterns were OK just like bootcamp. Keyhole was hard as usual. I scored 17-18 on BC. So it really represent the DAT. Review bottom is available after question 30 so take advantage of that.

RC: questions were out of order. English is my second language and I am slow a reader as snail.
articles were 13-15 paragraph, BC difficulty.

:claps::claps::claps:Congratulations!!!

Keep celebrating, these scores are something to be proud of. Thanks for the breakdown and with English being a 2nd language you did excellent. Students where English is a first language often miss the mark on Reading. Also 22 in Bio is great, especially when Bio involves a lot of reading too.

Wish a good GPA(and with these scores I am going to assume your GPA is high) you will have a lot of opportunities.

IMO with these scores your chances are excellent for interviews.

Wishing you the best..Nancy
