is it really as hard as topscore? they dont ask you any concepts. just problem solving. i been cheating. i use topscore and figure out the answers with kaplan book when i cant figure it out. is that bad? i figure at least i know how to do those problems.

I used the periodic table one time--ONLY ONCE--during my DAT. The real DAT is very very straight forward, from my experience. I shared the exact same concerns as you have hootinwoof. I went crazy after I saw the Top-Score Bio questions, and then laughed at the real DAT Bio questions. The same goes for all the sections of the real DAT. EXCEPT PAT! The angles suck on the real DAT. Do not let Top Score, Kaplan, nor Barrons fool you with their PAT-angle simplicity. Just be aware of this fact, it will be approached later in the season, don't you worry.

I think that the top score is harder then the real DAT. I was scoring 15-17s on topscore and got a 20 on the real DAT. The real Dat has some calculations but not as much as top score. The real DAT has more conceptual question. Good luck

What do you mean that the "DAT has more conceptual questions." Please give some feedback. Thanks
